Welcome to Nöm Pang

Nöm Pang is a family-owned Cambodian restaurant that brings the rich culinary heritage of Cambodia to your plate. From the vibrant streets of San Francisco's Tenderloin District to the heart of Las Vegas, our journey as first-generation Cambodian Americans is deeply rooted in family, resilience, and the pursuit of our culinary dreams.

Our Story

Our story begins with our parents, who fled Cambodia during the Khmer Rouge genocide. Like many refugees, they arrived in America with little more than hope and determination, making their home in San Francisco's Tenderloin District. Despite carrying the weight of their experiences, they taught us an invaluable lesson: pursue your passions fearlessly, regardless of circumstances.

This spirit of perseverance led us to open our first sandwich shop in Manteca, California, where we spent eight successful years honing our craft. But we dreamed of something more—a place where we could showcase Khmer culture in a community thirsting for authentic Asian flavors. That dream brought us to Las Vegas, where we've created not just a restaurant, but a family-style café that bridges two cultures.

At our core, we're a tribute to both tradition and innovation. While our specialty lies in crafting authentic Khmer and American sandwiches, we also feature rotating pop-up menus of Khmer street food favorites—dishes you'd find in the bustling markets of Cambodia. Every item we serve is prepared with the same care and attention to quality that our parents instilled in us.

Our Philosophy

"The secret ingredient is always love."

As we say in Cambodia, "ស្រស់ស្រស់ រសជាតិឈ្ងុយ...ឆ្ងាញ់!" (Fresh, Aromatic, & Delicious)—words that perfectly capture the essence of our Nöm Pang and everything else we create. Each dish we serve is more than just food; it's a celebration of our heritage, a testament to our family's resilience, and our way of sharing the rich flavors of Khmer cuisine with our new home.
